About this experience

Beginner surf lesson on Agadir Beach with an ISA-certified instructor, for first-time surfers and complete beginners. The 2.5-hour small group session (up to 6 people) includes a beginner surfboard and a wetsuit. The meeting point is in front of the Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort. The lesson takes place on the beaches of Agadir, and the exact spot may vary with ocean conditions. You learn the basics of ocean safety, paddling and popping up on the board, then try to catch your first waves in the whitewater. Each lesson is adapted to the conditions and to your pace, in a safe, fun and supportive setting, whether you come solo, with friends or as a family. Included: surfboard suitable for beginners, wetsuit, safety briefing and ocean introduction, theory and practical instruction, and personalised coaching and feedback. Practical information: no previous surfing experience is required, the lesson is suitable for ages 8 and above, and basic swimming ability is recommended. Bring a towel, sunscreen and a water bottle. Available in English, French and Arabic. Lessons depend on weather and sea conditions. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity.
