Terms & Conditions

Moramara ("we", "us", "our") operates an online marketplace connecting travellers with local activity providers, accommodation hosts, and transport partners across Morocco. By accessing or using our platform at moramara.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking on Moramara. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may also stop using the platform at any time, which will revoke Moramara's access to any Google account data associated with your account.

You may create an account using your Google Account via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). By choosing this authentication method, you acknowledge that your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Moramara only receives the basic profile information you authorise (name, email address, and profile picture) and does not access any other Google services on your behalf.

When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to the partner. The booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from the partner or from Moramara on their behalf.

Moramara does not process or facilitate payments. All payment arrangements - including method, timing, and currency - are made directly between the guest and the partner. Moramara is not a party to any financial transaction between users.

Cancellations and refunds are handled directly between the guest and the partner, according to the partner's own policy displayed on their listing. Moramara does not issue or manage refunds. If you are unable to resolve a cancellation dispute with a partner, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist.

Hosts who list experiences or accommodations on Moramara agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful listing information.
• Hold all required local licences and insurance.
• Honour confirmed bookings.
• Respond to guest messages within a reasonable time.
• Comply with all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations.

Moramara is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered by hosts. Disputes between guests and hosts should first be attempted to resolve directly; Moramara may assist as a neutral mediator.

As a guest, you agree to:

• Respect the host's property and rules.
• Arrive on time and notify the host promptly if you are delayed or cannot attend.
• Not engage in any unlawful, dangerous, or disrespectful behaviour.
• Only leave honest and fair reviews based on your actual experience.

Reviews submitted on Moramara must be honest, first-hand, and not defamatory. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines or these terms. Hosts may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

All content on the Moramara platform - including logos, text, images, and software - is the property of Moramara or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

By uploading content (photos, descriptions, reviews) to Moramara, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use that content in connection with the platform.

The Moramara platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Moramara does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, review, or content posted by partners or users on the platform. Your use of the platform and any services booked through it is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moramara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services booked through it, including personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

You may not use Moramara to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform.
• Create fake accounts or listings.
• Post spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Moramara after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
